As soon as we receive your order and payment, we send you the pieces immediately if they are in stock. Otherwise, it takes 4-6 weeks to create the desired jewel.
Conditions during promotions
Discounts are only applicable on stock items, not on orders. Secure shipping is free of charge throughout Europe. Returns can be made within 14 days after a rigorous quality control. Mère & Fille reserves the right to refuse a return if the condition of the jewel does not correspond to its condition at the time of shipment and must be returned in its original case. Mère & Fille takes in charge a maximum of one size (more or less) for rings, and 1 cm for necklaces and bracelets. For orders placed by phone or email, only the proof of payment will be considered as a sale.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need an item for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to meet your request.
For the items shown on this site:
Please allow at least 10 working days for manufacture, depending on availability of stones and how busy the workshop is, plus delivery time.
If manufacture is delayed, we will notify you by email.
For unique pieces:
Experience tells us it takes 4 to 6 weeks between first contact and delivery of your jewellery, depending on the time spent on interviews, design and choice of stones.
DIMENSIONS
All measurements are displayed according to European sizes. When ordering, please make sure that the measurements given are correct. Mère & Fille We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect size ordered.
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
For stock items: we continually strive to provide the best possible service to our online customers. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) to us for a refund within 14 days of your order. Your purchase(s) must be returned in the original packaging, in perfect condition. On return to us, all jewellery is inspected by our quality control team before your refund is processed.
Please make sure you try on the jewellery carefully. If you decide to return an item, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. Items returned in unsaleable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
We will provide you with a DHL return slip for values under 5000 euros. Please contact us for higher values.
Refunds and returns are not accepted on made-to-order items, unless the item is damaged or has a manufacturing error (e.g. wrong size or gold colour).
In the latter case, shipping costs are not refunded.

In Belgium and Europe, we send our parcels with the DHL express formula:
- delivery within 24/48 hours from the moment DHL takes charge of your parcel
- online tracking of your parcel as soon as it is prepared
- delivery security by signature for reception
- a second presentation in case of absence

Once your item is shipped, you will receive tracking information.
In the event of a problem due to transport, it is imperative that you let us know within three calendar days of receipt.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all taxes and customs duties.
