The odyssey begins in 2010, when Ghislaine returns from a trip to India, only to be confronted with an unexpected challenge: having bought a sapphire, which turned out to be a fake. This unforeseen occurence paves her path through the intricacies of gemmology by way of the Royal Belgian Gemmological Society and the Hoge Raad van Diamant in Antwerp. Meanwhile, her daughter, Laurence Marie, let free reign to her creativity, designing jewelry and imagining a multitude of creations.

In 2014, the 'Mère & Fille' project took off. Ghislaine, a master in the art of locating and analyzing stones, joins forces with Laurence Marie, a skilled designer and jewelry creator, trained at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Ever since, their collaboration has dazzled by its symbiosis and complementarity, delivering unique pieces of jewelry that mirror the essence of their passion and artistry.

In their expert hands and those of Belgium’s most talented goldsmiths, delicate, captivating pieces of jewelry are born. Each one carries a story, an emotion, a memory—sometimes imbued with timeless elegance, sometimes tinged with contemporary boldness.
