As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will send you the parts immediately if they are in stock. If not, it will take 3 weeks.

Conditions during promotions

The discount code WINTERSALE-M&F is valid from Thursday 3 December at 00:01 until Friday 4 December at 23:59. Discounts are only applicable on stock items, not on orders. Secure shipments are free of charge to all of Europe. Returns can be made within 14 days followed by a rigorous quality control. Mère & Fille reserves the right to refuse a return if the condition of the jewel does not correspond to its state at the time of shipment and must be returned in its original case. Mère & Fille takes responsibility for a maximum of one size (more or less) for rings, and 1 cm for necklaces and bracelets. For orders by phone or email, only the proof of payment will be considered as proof of sale.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need an item for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to meet your request.

For the pieces presented on this site:
It takes a minimum of 10 working days to manufacture, depending on the availability of the stones and the occupation of the workshop, plus the delivery time.
In case of extension of the manufacturing time, we will inform you by e-mail.

For unique pieces:
Experience tells us that it takes 4 to 6 weeks from the first contact to the delivery of your jewel, depending on the time spent on our interviews, design and choice of stones.

All measurements are shown in European sizes. When ordering, please ensure that the measurements are correct. Mère & Fille accepts no responsibility for incorrect measurements.

In Belgium, we send our parcels with the bpack 24H Business formula:
- delivery within 24 hours from the moment Bpost takes charge of your parcel
- online tracking of your parcel from the moment it is prepared
- security of delivery by signature for receipt
- a second presentation in case of absence

In Europe, we send our parcels with the Bpack World Business formula:
- fast delivery (3 to 5 days depending on the country, as soon as Bpost takes over)
- online tracking of your parcel as soon as it has been prepared
- delivery security by signature for receipt

For amounts above 500 euros - secure delivery by FEDEX

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.
If there are any problems with the shipping, please let us know within three calendar days of receipt.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all taxes and customs duties.
