Your purchase(s) must be returned in the original packaging, in perfect condition. On return to us, all jewellery is inspected by our quality control team before your refund is processed.
Please make sure you try on the jewellery carefully. If you decide to return an item, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. Items returned in unsaleable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
